Down Feile - on the first night of the Feile: Tom McGrattan won the Schools Skills for boys. Ciara Doran finished 2nd in the Schools Skills for girls after a tie break. Saoirse Sands won the U14 Skills for Camogs, brilliant stuff, well done. Ronan Smyth competed well and gave his best in the Skills for U14 boys. Conditions on the night were difficult to show off the skills. Well done to all. Be proud of your achievement. A great day was had on Saturday in St Patricks Park, Portaferry. Our U14 Camogs won the Div 1 Feile na nGael, beating Bredagh in the final 4-2 to 0-0. Massive congrats to all the girls and their management. Great stuff, keep up the hard work and get ready for the National Feile. Our U14 boys gave some great, courageous and encouraging performances in the group stage. It just wasn't their day, but they will be back. Keep the heads held high lads. Also, our U14 boys won the best dressed team and the best banner. Thanks to all who helped in any capacity over the weekend, too many to mention, so I won't incase someone is left out. Greatly appreciated by all from within the club. A brilliant weekend on and off the field. Photos courtesy of Liam McVeigh are on the Club Facebook Page.
